1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between you (the "Player" or "User") and jiliu ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the online gaming platform accessible at jiliu.app. By completing registration, accessing the jiliu login page, funding your account, or participating in any game or promotion offered through jiliu, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms take effect from the moment you create an account on jiliu and remain in force for the duration of your relationship with the platform, including any period following account closure during which jiliu retains obligations to you (such as the processing of a pending withdrawal).

jiliu reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the jiliu platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for all online casino-style gaming platforms operating in the Philippines. jiliu enforces this requirement through its KYC verification process and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point.

2.2 Residency and Geographic Access

jiliu's PAGCOR license authorizes it to provide online gaming services to eligible players located within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing jiliu is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from territories where online gaming is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk. jiliu makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any location outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one (1) active jiliu account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. jiliu reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering for a jiliu account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a working email address. Any information found to be false, misleading, or incomplete may result in immediate account suspension. You must promptly update your account details if any registered information changes.

3. Account Responsibilities

Your jiliu account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jiliu login credentials, whether or not that activity was authorized by you. jiliu will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such access was enabled by your failure to keep your login details secure.

3.1 Password and Security

You are required to maintain a strong and unique password for your jiliu account and to keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You must notify jiliu immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting support at [email protected]. jiliu strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional protection.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jiliu is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at registration or at any subsequent point, particularly before processing a withdrawal request. Required documents typically include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a passport, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, SSS ID, or UMID) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiliu accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliu does not accept deposits in any foreign currency and will not process cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the jiliu deposit page at the time of the transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC identity verification in full. Processing times for withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically within 24 hours on business days. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. You may only withdraw real-money deposits and any winnings generated from real-money wagers that are not subject to an active bonus condition. jiliu's system will clearly indicate the available balance eligible for withdrawal in your account dashboard.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jiliu offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free credits, cashback promotions, and game-specific rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are posted alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless otherwise stated
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
• jiliu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or abuse of promotional terms will be forfeited
• jiliu's decision regarding bonus eligibility and any disputes arising therefrom is final

6. Gaming Rules and Fairness

All games available on jiliu — including slots, bingo, circle, mines gold, live dealer casino, and any other titles — operate under published game rules and use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure random, unbiased outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and conducted by trained dealers following standardized procedures.

jiliu does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, jiliu's system will apply the appropriate resolution procedure as stated in the individual game rules. Where a game result cannot be determined due to a system error, the relevant wager will typically be voided and returned to your account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiliu platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access jiliu if you are under 21 years of age
• Registering or operating more than one jiliu account
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in ways not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit after using the funds for gaming
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening jiliu staff or other platform users

8. Responsible Gaming

jiliu is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliu platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, page layouts, user interface elements, promotional materials, and the jiliu brand identity — is the exclusive property of jiliu or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliu platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jiliu content without prior written authorization from jiliu.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliu and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the jiliu platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from player negligence; interruption of gaming sessions due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end; any reliance placed on information provided on the platform; or decisions made by the player based on promotional content.

jiliu's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliu account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data

jiliu collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering a jiliu account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is available at jiliu.app/privacy-policy.

jiliu will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory bodies where required by law, with payment processors (such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank) strictly for the purpose of processing transactions, and with identity verification services for KYC compliance.

12. Amendments to Terms

jiliu reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — jiliu will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the jiliu platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact jiliu to close your account and arrange the return of any available balance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended, creating and governing PAGCOR), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila unless otherwise required by applicable law. Both jiliu and the player agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
